Managing Counteroffers and Negotiation: Closing Candidates and Securing Acceptance

Objectives
  • Build confidence in handling counteroffers; manage retention efforts from current employers.
  • Strengthen negotiation capability; drive alignment between candidate and client.
  • Bring together all elements of the offer process; move from alignment and negotiation to confirmed commitment.
  • Build consistency in closing; develop the language, timing, and conviction needed to secure final acceptance with confidence.

Participants will improve their ability to navigate complex negotiations, manage counteroffers effectively, and maintain control throughout the closing process.
